Our Story: From "Patient Zero" to AI Pioneer

E-Concierge Solutions was born out of necessity in 2014. Our founder and CEO, Mark Young, was consulting for a marketing agency that couldn’t find a call center to meet a client’s needs. Frustrated by poor results from traditional call centers, Mark decided to build something better.

What started as a one-client concierge phone service quickly delivered outstanding results – higher sales conversions, lower call abandonment, and happier customers. From that first success, a new business model evolved.
